Amy Mills, PhD
Vice President
Amy Mills is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and leadership advisor who has directed large-scale leadership programs for Fortune 50 and mid-size organizations across global industries for more than 30 years. Specializing in executive assessment, development, succession, and coaching solutions, Amy successfully guides C-Suite, VP, and Director leaders through leadership transformations, combining strategic insight and practical behavioral change.
Prior to joining NuBrick Partners, Amy served as Managing Director of the leadership assessment and development practice at Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company, amongst other leadership roles, where she successfully guided more than one thousand leaders through comprehensive assessments, development initiatives, executive coaching, and succession planning processes.
Clients value Amy’s unique ability to facilitate meaningful behavioral change with leaders through guided self-discovery and practical application of development solutions. Having built and led diverse teams, Amy has delivered strategic vision and hands-on leadership transformation programs and solutions to more than 80 global clients.
She is a respected thought leader and published researcher in the field of organizational psychology. Her assessment expertise includes developing, validating, and implementing bespoke assessments, along with holding certifications in industry leading assessments such as Hogan.
Her work is published in The Journal of Applied Psychology and The Journal of Management, with numerous research presentations at the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology conferences. Continuing her commitment to advancing the coaching field, she serves on the board of the International Coaching Federation – Michigan Chapter.
Amy earned a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the State University of New York, University at Albany, as well as a BS in psychology with a business minor from Pennsylvania State University.
